CLINICAL CASE
Dental wear can manifest in various ways and significantly impact a person's self-esteem. In this specific case, we observed wear due to attrition (physiological dental wear, which can be exacerbated by excessive occlusal forces and functional movements such as bruxism). The treatment involved placing veneers on all existing natural teeth, as well as replacing the existing crown on the lower left premolar. The lower posterior regions were rehabilitated using implants and their respective ceramic crowns.
