When small modifications are made with great detail, they can lead to a significant change. In this case, we began with a crown lengthening procedure on the upper left lateral incisor and concluded with teeth whitening and ceramic crowns. Since the patient had agenesis of the upper left canine, I opted to create a ceramic bridge to replace this tooth and restore harmony to the smile.
